Expert conferencing.
Mark is regularly engaged to chair/facilitate expert conferencing, through which experts produce joint reports for the Court and parties. He manages an efficient, fair process, working with the experts to produce joint reports that clarify the issues for all.
He has undertaken such conferencing with: structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, fire engineers, quantity surveyors, scientists, builders, building surveyors, and experts in Council processes.
